About Translator
The Translator tool lets you enter text once and instantly open it in any of four major translation services — Google Translate, DeepL, Papago, or Bing Translator — without retyping. Select your source and target language from 9 supported languages (Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian), then click any translation service button to open a new tab with your text and language settings pre-filled.
Different translation services excel in different areas. Google Translate offers the broadest language coverage and is strong for casual use. DeepL is widely regarded as producing the most natural-sounding translations, particularly for European languages. Papago (from Naver) is optimized for East Asian languages including Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. Bing Translator integrates well with Microsoft products and is useful for Office document workflows. This tool removes the friction of copying and pasting between services when you want to compare translation quality.
Technically, the tool builds each translation service URL by URL-encoding your text and embedding the source and target language codes as query parameters. The language swap button exchanges the source and target language selections in one click. A character counter shows your current text length, which is useful when working with services that have character limits. All text stays in your browser — no text is sent to any server operated by this tool, though it will be sent to the translation service you choose to open.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Translator tool?
It is a free tool that prepares your text for translation by building direct links to Google Translate, DeepL, Papago, and Bing Translator. It lets you open any of these services in a new tab with your text and language pair already entered, saving you from copying and pasting manually.
Which translation services are supported?
The tool supports four major translation services: Google Translate (broadest language support), DeepL (high-quality natural translations, especially for European languages), Papago by Naver (optimized for Korean, Japanese, Chinese), and Bing Translator (Microsoft ecosystem integration).
What languages can I translate between?
You can select from 9 languages for both source and target: Korean (한국어), English, Japanese (日本語), Chinese (中文), German (Deutsch), French (Français), Spanish (Español), Portuguese (Português), and Russian (Русский).
How do I swap source and target languages?
Click the ↔ button between the two language dropdowns. This instantly swaps the selected source and target languages, so you can quickly reverse the translation direction — for example from Korean→English to English→Korean.
Does the tool actually translate the text itself?
No. This tool does not perform translation — it acts as a launcher that builds a pre-filled URL for each translation service. The actual translation is performed by the service (Google, DeepL, Papago, or Bing) when you open it in a new tab.
Why would I use this instead of going directly to Google Translate?
This tool makes it easy to compare multiple translation services for the same text. Rather than visiting four websites separately and pasting your text each time, you can enter the text once and open any of the four services instantly. This is especially useful when translation quality varies by service for a particular language pair.
Is my text sent to any server when I enter it here?
No. Your text is only stored in your browser memory while you type. When you click a translation service button, the text is URL-encoded into the link and sent directly to that third-party service (Google, DeepL, etc.) in a new tab — not to any server operated by this tool.
Does DeepL support all 9 languages?
DeepL supports most of the 9 languages but Chinese is handled as a single code (zh) in this tool. DeepL's Chinese support is available but may have limitations compared to its European language quality. For Chinese translation, Papago or Google Translate may provide better results.
